  • One of less than 200 structured settlement consultants to have received the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant Designation from Notre Dame University.
  • Special areas of expertise are assisting attorneys and claims professionals during mediations and settlement conferences, facilitating special needs trusts and impementing 468(b) trusts.
  • Co-author of "The Case for a Plaintiff Structured Settlement Advocate", which appeared in Trial Diplomacy Journal, a distinguished national publication.
  • Frequent speaker at legal and financial planning seminars in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Some past speaking engagements include the Chase Law School Inns' of the Court meeting and the mid winter seminar for the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys in San Destin, Florida.

  • A native of Northern Kentucky, Tay is a graduate of Covington Latin School, where he graduated from high school at age 16. Tay attended Auburn University on a tennis scholarship and completed his academic and tennis career at Northern Kentucky University.
